Armani Hotel Dubai
HOTEL PROFILE

Armani Hotel Dubai

The only hotel designed entirely by Giorgio Armani — occupying floors 1–8 of the Burj Khalifa itself. Understated luxury in the world's tallest building.

The Armani Hotel — honestly described

The Armani Hotel Dubai occupies floors 1–8 and 38–39 of the Burj Khalifa — the world's tallest building. It is the only hotel in the world designed in its entirety by Giorgio Armani, and every detail reflects the fashion house's design philosophy: clean lines, muted earth tones, exceptional materials, and the deliberate absence of visual noise. Where the Burj Al Arab is theatrical, the Armani Hotel is restrained.

Opened in 2010 simultaneously with the Burj Khalifa itself, the hotel has 160 rooms and suites across eight floors. The guest rooms are not the largest in Dubai — the entry Armani Classic rooms are 45–65 sqm — but every square centimetre is executed with the precision you'd expect from a designer whose brand has been about precise minimalism for five decades.

The location is the hotel's defining characteristic. You are inside the Burj Khalifa. The building's lobby is your lobby. Your breakfast view is the Dubai Fountain. You exit through the base of the world's most famous building into the heart of Downtown Dubai, with the Dubai Mall and Fountain boardwalk literally at your door. For location within Downtown, nothing competes.

Room categories

Armani Classic
45–65 sqm · Floors 3–7
Entry level — sleek, minimal, everything in Armani's signature champagne and slate palette. Fountain or city views depending on position. Smaller than competitors at this price point but impeccably finished. 24hr butler service included.
From 2,800 AED / night
Armani Premier
80–100 sqm · Upper floors
Higher floor position with upgraded furnishings and larger footprint. Access to the Armani Club — a private lounge with all-day dining and dedicated concierge. Good middle ground between Classic and Suite pricing.
From 3,800 AED / night
Armani Residence
200+ sqm · Full suite
The full Armani apartment experience — separate living areas, personal chef on request, private entrance. More residential in feel than a hotel suite. Suitable for extended stays or guests wanting the full Armani lifestyle immersion.
From 8,000 AED / night
Burj Khalifa access perk: All Armani Hotel guests receive priority access to At the Top (Burj Khalifa observation deck) and can bypass the standard queue — a significant benefit worth hundreds of AED if you're planning to go up regardless.

Restaurants & bars

Armani/Ristorante
Level 1 · Italian fine dining
The hotel's flagship restaurant — contemporary Italian with ingredients flown from Italy. The room is pristine Armani minimalism: dark wood, soft lighting, precise service. The pasta and risotto are exceptional. The Fountain Suite view from some tables is extraordinary. Book for dinner minimum a week ahead.
400–700 AED/pp
Armani/Amal
Level 1 · Modern Indian
Contemporary Indian fine dining — one of the best Indian restaurants in Dubai. The menu reworks classic subcontinental dishes through a modern lens without losing their soul. The black dal is legendary. Popular with Dubai's Indian business community, which is always a reliable endorsement.
300–500 AED/pp
Armani/Privé
Level 1 · Nightclub & lounge
Dubai's most stylish nightclub — predictably minimal, completely Armani-branded, with a serious music programme. Opens Thursday–Saturday nights. The most exclusive door policy in Downtown. Guest list or hotel guest status is the easiest access route.
Covers from 200 AED
Armani/Deli
Lobby level · Café & grab-and-go
The most accessible entry point to the hotel for non-guests — premium coffee, pastries, light meals in the building's lobby. Reasonably priced for an Armani product. A good coffee stop if you're visiting the Fountain anyway.
30–80 AED

Value

For the location alone: very yes. Being inside the Burj Khalifa with the Dubai Fountain literally below your window is an experience no other hotel in the world can offer. The Fountain Suite is one of the most unique room positions in Dubai. If you're spending significant time in Downtown and want the absolute best base, the Armani Hotel is the answer.

For design lovers: yes. The Armani aesthetic is so precisely executed throughout — from the room layouts to the cutlery — that it functions as an immersive experience in the brand's design philosophy. This is what staying inside a fashion house would feel like, and it's remarkable.

Room size caveat: At these price points, the room sizes are on the smaller side compared to Atlantis or Address Downtown. You're paying for location and design, not square footage. If space matters to you, look elsewhere at similar prices. If you want to be inside one of the great buildings of the 21st century, this is your hotel.
